At Kérastase we want to help you to dare to share more your experience with your clients.
To start with the fundamentals, we created a complete certifying online training on Hair and Scalp Knowledge.
This training was co-created with 2 experts from L'Oreal Research and Innovation based in Paris, who gathered and
decoded for you all the must have information on Hair and Scalp science.
Get into this Expert training through 2 webinars (one on Scalp and one or Hair) and get to ask all your questions to
your educator. At the end of it you will have access to e-learnings and recap sheets to review all the knowledge.
The last step? Pass our certifying Quiz. If you get a score of minimum 80% you will get your personal certificate
from Kerastase.
At the end of Hair & Scalp science training, you will be to share your knowledge more easily to your clients, better
understand to reason to be on the ingredients in Kerastase products and their actions on Hair and Scalp and perform
every Diagnosis with more confidence.
