DIAGNOSIS OFFLINE ATELIER

A ½ session dedicated to roles plays and practice on diagnosis.

You will learn in teams and take 5 different challenges together.

• Challenge 1 « True or False » : The participants refresh their memory and master some essential points of hair diagnosis by guessing whether the statements displayed on the screen is true of false.

• Challenge 2: Each group ticks the DISCUSSION observation chart and read its poster. Each group performs the role-play of the DISCUSSION step one after the other. Each group listen to feedback from its client, the trainer, and other who don’t play. All participants co-create and conclude this role play by listing a set of actions to remember.

• Challenge 3: Each group ticks the EVALUATION observation chart and read its poster. Each group performs the role-play of the EVALUATION step one after the other. Each group listen to feedback from its client, the trainer, and other who don’t play. All participants co-create and conclude this role play by listing a set of actions to remember.

• Challenge 4: Each group ticks the ADVICE observation chart and read its poster. Each group performs the role-play of the ADVICE step one after the other. Each group listen to feedback from its client, the trainer, and other who don’t play. All participants co-create and conclude this role play by listing a set of actions to remember.

• Challenge 5 “Handling objections”: The trainer says one objection at a time and throw a ball one participant. The chosen person must share their answer and throws the ball back to the trainer. The trainer continues with other objections until finished.

A lot of tools will be provided to be able to achieve all the challenges at best.
